摘    要:为获得从热轧板卷或钢板到成品钢管这一过程中材料力学性能的变化规律,针对国内外对于焊管制造不同工序过程中力学性能变化的研究进行了分析.结果表明:制管工艺对钢管的力学性能有显著影响,主要涉及包辛格效应、加工硬化以及应变时效等.制管成型过程的弯曲变形使材料的屈服强度降低,而随后的扩径和/或水压试验以及涂层加热则会明显提高钢管的屈服强度,影响的程度与具体的制造工艺及工序、强度水平等因素密切相关.

Abstract:In order to get the rules of material mechanical properties evolution from the hot-rolled coil or steel plate to fin- ished product steel pipe, the researches to evolutions of material mechanical properties during different stages of welded pipe man- ufacturing process at home and abroad are analyzed. The research results show that pipe manufacturing process has a significant effect on mechanical properties of welded pipe. It mainly refers to the bausehinger effect, work hardening and strain aging, etc. The bending deformation in the forming process of welded pipe reduces material yield strength, and the subsequent expansion and/or hydraulic pressure tests and coating heating significantly increase the yield strength. The degree of irdluence is closely related to such factors as the manufacturing process and stages, and the strength level.
