摘    要:埋地钢管发生泄漏的主要原因为土壤侧的腐蚀.埋地钢管土壤侧的腐蚀主要影响因素包括土壤性质、操作温度、涂层效力、阴极保护和杂散电流.依据API581,综合讨论上述因素的影响因子,并结合相关算例分析了阴极保护对土壤腐蚀速率的影响程度.针对土壤侧的腐蚀,提出了涂层防护和阴极保护的防腐措施.根据土壤腐蚀速率预测出埋地钢管的剩余使用寿命,从而合理安排检验检测时间,保障埋地钢管的安全运行.

Abstract:The leakage of buried steel pipelines arises from the corrosion of soil side. Main factors affecting the corrosion of buried steel pipeline soil side include soil properties, the operation temperature, the coating, the cathodic protection effect and the stray current. According to API58 I, a comprehensive discussion of the effects of the above factors has been held,in combination with a case analysis of the influence of cathodic protection on soil corrosion rate data. According tot he soil side corrosion ,the anti-corro- sion measures are proposed for protective coating and cathodic protection; according to the soil corrosion rate of buried steel, the re-maining service life of buried steel pipeline can be predicted, which can reasonably help arrange the inspection time and ensure the safe operation of buried steel pipelines.
