芝加哥大都市区TOD发展经验及启示

摘    要:介绍了芝加哥大都市区及中心区公共交通建设情况,重点从不同区域层次多元化的公共交通服务入手,分析其在建设与城市发展相适应的公共交通系统所采取的交通发展策略.通过分析公共交通在时间维度和空间维度的演变规划得出结论:全方式的公交分担率较低,但只要其发展遵循TOD的理念与人口用地等高度适应,那么就是适合城市发展的合理的公共交通系统,而目前国内以公交分担率论英雄的发展模式是片面也不科学的.

Abstract:This paper introduced the public transportation status of Chicago central and Metropolitan Area. From the perspective of diversified public transportation services in different areas, it analyzed the strategies employed in building a public transportation system adapted to development of the city. Through analysis on change of public transportation planning over time and space, it reached a conclusion that: Although sharing rate of all-around public transportation is not high, as long as its development follows the concept of TOD and is highly adaptable to population and land status, it's the fight one for city development. What's prevalent now in China is to judge by sharing rate of the public transportation, however, it is one-sided and not scientific at all.
