摘    要:研究开发了一种新型的轨道车辆抗侧滚扭杆轴用钢50CrVE,对其进行了相关的试验研究,结果表明:该材料组织均匀,非金属夹杂物含量少,淬透性优越,完全可以达到国标特级优质钢的要求.采用该材料制造的抗侧滚扭杆具有高的疲劳寿命和高的弹性极限.

Abstract:A new 50CrVE steel is developed for the side-rolling resistant torsion bar used in railcars, and relevant testing is also carried out. The testing results indicate that the new material is characterized by an even structure, Jess non-metallic inclusions, excellent hardenability, and is completely up to the level of international quality steel. The side-rolling resistant torsion bar made of this steel exhibits high fatigue life span and elastic limit.
