摘    要:25T型客车运用以来出现了多起部件失效和损坏的故障,现对其中的部分故障进行总结分析.把轮对故障引起的冲击作为车辆系统的外在激励,分析其可能会对车辆系统带来的危害,然后结合25T型客车的部分故障案例,分析故障的原因,并对防止故障的方法提出一些建议.

Abstract:There were some component failures of 25T vehicles since operation, so some analysis is carried out aiming at some of the failures. Taken the impact caused by the wheel failure for the exterior excitation of the vehicle system, the harm was studied to the vehicle system. With the actual failure of 25T vehicles, the reason of the failure was analyzed, some advice of decreasing the vehicle failure was given.
