摘    要:主机曲轴臂距差是船舶推进轴系校中施工中的一个非常重要的技术参数,与轴系校中状态互相影响、互相制约.鉴于传统测量法具有一定的随机性和偶然性,提出在轴系校中设计阶段通过数值模拟计算和分析曲轴臂距差的新方法.以76000吨成品油轮为例,将典型轴系校中设计状态作为推进轴系有限元模型的边界条件,模拟计算曲轴臂距差值,从而实现对曲轴轴线分布状态及主机各轴承相对位置的预估.通过计算结果与测量数据的对比分析,证明数值模拟方法的可行性和优越性,对实际的校中施工具有指导意义.

Abstract:The crankshaft deflection of main engine behaves as an important technical parameter in the construction of ship propulsion shafting alignment for the restriction on alignment results.Conversely,the crankshaft deflection is influenced by shafting alignment state.A new numerical simulation method is proposed to calculate and analyze crankshaft deflections in order to avoid the randomicity and occasionality of measurement method.Taken 76,000 DWT product oil tankers for example,the typical alignment parameters...
