冲压成形工艺对薄壁构件碰撞性能影响的仿真研究

摘    要:利用LS~DYNA通用有限元模拟软件,对板料冲压成形和闭口帽型梁的碰撞进行有限元模拟,研究了冲压成形工艺引起的壁厚减薄、残余应力和塑性应变对碰撞性能的影响。建立了板料冲压成形模拟和碰撞模拟之间的数据转化方法。研究结果表明冲压过程的壁厚变化、残余应力对碰撞模拟有着显著的影响。

A Simulation Study on the Effects of Stamping Process on Crash Behavior of Thin-walled Panels
Abstract:The stamping processes and crash simulation were performed using commercial FEA software LS-DYNA. The effect of thinning, residual stresses and plastic strains occurred in stamping process on the crash behavior of a closed hat section beam was studied. And a method of data conversion between simulations of sheet metal forming and crash test was established.
