摘    要:由于灌注桩后注浆处理技术可使承载力显著提高,PHC管桩可降低工程造价,因而这两种桩基日益得到广泛应用。但影响建筑工程桩基选型的因素很多,通过典型工程桩基的造价分析与评价,得出当前生产力和物价水平条件下桩基选型的若干经济指标,有助于提高建筑工程桩基选型的经济性及合理性水平。

Abstract:The base-grouting treatment technique of bored concrete pile can improve the bearing capacity and PHC pipe pile can lower the engineering cost,thus the application of tow kinds of pile become broad day by day.But,there are many factors arrecting pile foundation selection for construction works.Through the cost analysis and evaluation on the pile foundation of the typical works,the some economic indicators for the selection of pile foundation under the present productive force and price level are gained.Which will be beneficial to improve the cost effetiveness and rationality of selection of it.
