摘    要:文章以船舶机械故障检测的方法为研究对象,针对传统船舶机械故障很难精准判断以及误判可能导致停机,同时也会给船舶维修工作带来极大的困难等问题,从船舶机械故障检测方法的设计要求出发,设计出一种可以精准判断的远程检测方案,并介绍了其检测过程的工作原理及检测判断流程,最后从检测结果等方面论证了此套方案的优越性。结果表明,这种方法是非常可行的,具有操作简单方便、结果精准、测量范围广等优点。

Abstract:The article takes the method of ship machinery fault detection as the research object.It is difficult to accurately determine the failure of traditional ship machinery.Misjudgment may cause downtime,and it will also bring great difficulties to ship maintenance.Based on the design requirements of ship machinery fault detection methods,this article designs a remote detection scheme that can be accurately judged,introduces the working principle of the detection process and the detection and judgment process,and finally demonstrates the set of schemes from the aspects of detection results.Superiority.The results show that this method is very feasible and has the advantages of simple and convenient operation,accurate results and wide measurement range.
