| 摘 要： | 文章对某科考船艏侧推加封盖安装方案进行详细的论述,从专业厂家预制艏侧推封盖分段,船进坞座坞,加强艏侧推结构,拆除原船部分艏侧推结构,设备进舱,安装艏侧推封盖分段,要求艏侧推孔中心线偏差±3mm,侧推板对接错位±3mm以内,安装船旁喇叭口外板,安装和调试设备、电缆、控制线路,进行舱室水密性试验,出坞后进行艏侧推封盖整体系统调试与验证,满足设计要求。

| Abstract: | The article discusses in detail the installation of the side thrust seal of a scientific research vessel.Precast bow push seal cover section,dock,strengthen bow side push structure,remove bow side push structure,equipment enter,install bow side push seal cover segment,require bow push hole center line deviation±3mm,side push plate docking dislocation within±3mm,install ship side horn mouth outer plate,install,debug equipment,cable,control line,cabin water tightness test,After docking,the whole system of bow push seal cover is debugged and verified to meet the design requirements. |
