摘    要:在分析有砟轨道道床理论最大质量脏污率范围的基础上,利用自主研制的直径50cm渗透仪器,采用达西渗流试验,进行道床脏污率对道床渗透性能的影响研究,并提出基于渗透性能的道床脏污评估标准。结果表明:有砟轨道道床质量脏污率范围为18.9%~28.3%;道床的脏污程度按照渗透性能分成4个等级,小于或等于10%为轻度脏污,10%~17%为中度脏污,17%~25%为重度脏污,25%以上为严重脏污;当道床的质量脏污率小于或等于10%时,不需要清筛;当道床的质量脏污率在10%~17%范围内时,可以考虑进行清筛;当道床的质量脏污率在17%~25%范围内变化时,需要进行清筛;当道床的质量脏污率大于25%时,需要立即进行清筛。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the range of the theoretical maximum mass fouling rate of the ballast track,using a self-developed 50 cm diameter permeation instrument and Darcy seepage test,this paper investigates the influence of the fouling rate on the permeability of the track bed.Furthermore,this paper proposes a standard to evaluate the fouling rate of track bed based on permeability.Results show that the mass fouling rate of the ballast track ranges from 18.9% to 28.3%.According to the permeability,the fouling rate of the track bed can be categorized into 4 levels,in which,less than or equal to 10%is mildly fouled,10%to 17%is moderately fouled,17%to 25%is heavily fouled and more than 25%is severely fouled.When the mass fouling rate of the ballast bed is less than or equal to 10%,no cleaning is needed.When the mass fouling rate of the ballast bed is in the range from 10%to 17%,cleaning can be considered and executed.When the mass fouling rate of the ballast bed changes from 17% to 25%,it needs to be cleaned.When the fouling rate of the ballast bed is more than 25%,it needs to be cleaned immediately.
