摘    要:基于量纲分析法,设计模型与原型比例为1:4的无砟轨道-路基变形相似模拟试验平台,采用中砂、细砂模拟路基材料,掺膨润土砂浆模拟无砟轨道混凝土材料。通过底部节段变形板的设置实现不同路基变形波长的模拟,通过竖向调整装置实现沉降、上拱等不同路基变形量的模拟。依据上述方法搭建的试验平台实测的变形曲线与仿真分析所得的计算曲线能够较好地重合。试验表明,波长较短时,沉降传递至上层时峰值衰减越明显,波长越长时,沉降峰值衰减越小。

Abstract:A similarity simulation test platform for the deformation of ballastless track and subgrade with the model and prototype ratio of 1:4 is designed based on the dimensional analysis method. Medium sand and fine sand are used to simulate subgrade materials and mortar mixed with bentonite is used to simulate ballastless track concrete materials. The simulation of different subgrade deformation wavelengths is realized through the setting of the bottom segment deformation slab, and the simulation of different subgrade deformation such as settlement and camber is realized through the vertical adjustment device. The measured deformation curve of the test platform built by the above method can better coincide with the calculated curve of the simulation analysis. Results show that the shorter the wavelength is, the more obvious the peak attenuation is when the settlement is transferred to the upper layer, and the longer the wavelength is, the smaller the attenuation of the peak value is.
