三峡升船机减速器齿面磨损对其振动特性的影响分析

摘    要:减速器运行过程中啮合作用会使齿轮齿面发生磨损,影响其齿间间隙和内部激励,最终改变齿面的振动特性。文章通过建立三峡升船机减速器中齿轮与轴未磨损及多种磨损程度的模型,综合考虑并计算时变啮合刚度、齿轮传动误差及啮合冲击力等内部激励参数,研究磨损程度对减速器振动特性的影响。结果表明:随着磨损程度的增大,齿轮在啮频及其倍频处的幅值逐渐增大,以输入啮频处增长幅值最为明显,且齿面磨损程度越大,振动幅值增值越大,研究结果可为三峡升船机后续的减速器运营维护提供参考。

Abstract:The gear tooth surface will be worn by meshing during the operation of the reducer,which will affect the inter-tooth clearance and internal excitation,and finally change the vibration characteristics of the tooth surface.In this paper,the internal excitation parameters such as time-varying meshing stiffness,gear transmission error and meshing impact force are considered and calculated,and the influence of wear degree on the vibration characteristics of the reducer is studied.The results show that as the wear degree increases,the amplitude of the gear at the meshing frequency and its frequency doubling increases gradually,so the increasing amplitude at the input meshing frequency is the most obvious,and the wear degree of the tooth surface increases,and the vibration amplitude increases The greater the value added,the research results can provide a reference for the subsequent operation and maintenance of the reducer of the Three Gorges Ship Lift.
