调磁块连接方式对磁场调制型磁性齿轮传动性能的影响

摘    要:针对径向磁场调制型磁性齿轮,分析无调磁块和引入调磁块时气隙磁感应强度分布;根据磁场调制原理,提出加装外连接桥、内连接桥、中间连接桥3种调磁块连接方式,利用Ansoft有限元分析采用3种调磁块连接方式时磁力线分布、内外转子气隙磁感应强度径向和切向分量以及外转子转矩,并与无调磁块时进行对比,研究不同连接方式对磁性齿轮传动性能的影响。结果表明:加装于同侧的连接桥对该气隙的磁感应强度分量影响较大;与无连接桥相比,加装连接桥将使磁性齿轮的传动性能降低,其中加装内连接桥对磁性齿轮峰值转矩影响较小,而加装外连接桥对其影响则较大;以无连接桥的外转子峰值转矩为基准,加装外连接桥、中间连接桥和内连接桥的峰值转矩分别为基准值的58.1%,68.3%和83.3%。

Abstract:The distribution of air gap magnetic induction intensity for the radial magnetic field modulated magnetic gear was analyzed when there was no magnetic modulation block or when the magnetic modulation blocks were introduced.According to the principle of magnetic field modulation,three connection modes of magnetic modulation blocks were proposed,which included adding external connection bridge,internal connection bridge and intermediate connection bridge.Ansoft finite element method was used to analyze the distribution of magnetic force lines,the radial and tangential components of the air gap magnetic induction intensity of inner and outer rotors,and the torque of the outer rotor when three kinds of connection modes for magnetic modulation blocks were adopted.Compared with the case without magnetic modulation block,the effects of different connection modes on the transmission performance of the magnetic gear were studied.Results show that the connection bridge on the same side has a great influence on the magnetic induction intensity component of the air gap.Compared with the case without connection bridge,adding connection bridge can reduce the transmission performance of magnetic gear.The effect of inner connection bridge on the peak torque of magnetic gear is less than that of outer connection bridge.Based on the peak torque of the outer rotor without connection bridge,the peak torque of the outer connection bridge,the intermediate connection bridge and the inner connection bridge are 58.1%,68.3%,and83.3% of the reference value respectively.
