Through the comparison analysis of the design criteria between Qinhuangdao - Shenyang dedicated passenger line and tra- ditional railways, this paper expounds, from 3 aspects of construction organization design principle, construction scheme of laying and erection works and box girder manufacture, transport and erection scheme, the construction organization design scheme of the said passenger line.
