摘    要:针对三体液货罐体量大、支撑不固定、受力复杂的特点,提出了对于罐体不同区域采用不同的网格、不同单元的有限元建模方案;在《IGC 规则》加速度公式的基础上,推导了三罐体在各工况下的加速度以及内部压力计算公式;同时从《IGC 规则》中筛选出适用于有限元计算结果的强度评估准则,从而建立了一套三体液货罐应力分析与强度评估方法。以8410立方米三体液货罐为例,利用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立有限元模型并进行了各种工况应力分析和强度评估。

Abstract:With large volume,instable support and complicated loads, the different parts of the star-tri-cylinder tank are built with different grid and type elements in finite element modeling. Based on the acceleration formula of the IGC rule, the calculating formulas of acceleration and internal pressure to the star-tri-cylinder tank under different working conditions are deduced. Meanwhile, the criteria of structural strength assessment for analyzing finite element computing results is screened from the IGC rule. Taking the 8410 m3 tank as a case, the finite element model established by ABAQUS is used to carry out stress analysis and strength evaluation under various working conditions.
