摘    要:针对变配电合建所27.5kv电压互感器高压或低压保险熔断,造成缺相失压使保护装置动作跳闸断电,给安全运输和经济运行以及推广应用带来的影响和制约问题进行了分析研究,提出了完善逻辑功能的改造方案。

Abstract:For the lack of phase and under voltage leading to the tripping and power off of the protection device due to the breakage of the high voltage or low voltage fuse of 27.5 kV voltage transformer in an incorporated substation and distribution station, which will bring the affection and constraints to the safety transportation, economic operation and application, the paper analyzes the problems and puts forward the reconstruction plan for the improving of the logic functions.
