| 摘 要： | 根据定子加工工艺现状，采用反求法对定子曲线进行拟合，改善了定子的运动特性，从而降低了泵的噪声，提高了泵的性能和寿命。最后以ZYB-1010S01-301型定子为应用实例，给出了误差评定的方法。 |

| Abstract: | For improving the motion characteristics of stator and hence reducing the noise level and enhancing the performance and service life of power steering pump, a reverse method is used for curve fitting of stator contour according to the manufacturing technologies of stator. An error evaluation method is also given, taking a real production stator as example. |
