摘    要:模块支墩的可靠与否直接影响整个FPSO的生产流程.模块支墩一般布置在强横梁或横舱壁与纵骨交接的位置上,并且一般在支墩所在的主甲板下设置加强结构,对其强度需要通过有限元分析校核.作者利用两个简单的力学模型,探讨了模块支墩甲板下加强结构的快速设计方法,指出了在何种情况下应对模块支墩下甲板作加强处理,同时也提出了加强结构构件的估算公式,经有限元分析验证,结果令人满意,表明该方法对解决实际工程问题有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:The reliability of module stool has direct influence on the entire production process. Themodule stool is usually arranged on the connection of stiffed beam or transverse bulkhead and longitudinal stringer, and a reinforced structure is set under main deck where stool located, which requires checkup by finite element analysis for the strengthen. With two simple mechanics models, this paper discusses the fast design method of reinforced structure under module stool deck, explains under which circumstance should the module stool deck be reinforced for strengthening and presents the estimation formula for reinforced structure components. The result is proved satisfactory by finite element analysis and can serve a good reference to practical engineering problem.
