基于MATLAB工具箱的自行平板车转向机构设计

摘    要:介绍了自行式可拼接模块化低平板重型运输车独立转向机构的优化设计过程,通过建立优化目标函数及满足转向要求的约束函数,运用MATLAB优化工具箱对转向六杆机构进行优化计算,并对优化结果应用Pro/ENGINEER软件建立三维模型进行机构仿真,仿真结果证明此机构是可行的.

Abstract:This article introduces the optimization design for the independent steering mechanism of self- propelled combinative modular low-flat heavy transporter.In this paper,Matlab optimization toolbox is used for optimizing steering six-bar mechanism by establishing optimization object function and the restriction func- tion that meet the need of steering.The Pro/ENGINEER software is also used for modeling and simulating the optimized result,which prove the mechanism is feasible.
