柴油机配气机构动力学仿真与分析

摘    要:利用ADAMS/Engine建立4120SG柴油机配气系统动力学模型,对模型进行运动学仿真,分析配气机构主要运动件间的作用力,凸轮形线在过渡阶段的加速度特性对整个配气机构的受力影响较大,配气机构中各种接触力具有冲击力特征,对柴油机振动影响较大,通过对比摇臂座处的实测振动数据与仿真作用力的频谱图,验证了仿真结果的正确性,说明了配气机构是柴油机0.5谐次振动分量的主要激励源之一,为预测柴油机振动提供精确的边界条件。

Simulation and analysis of the valve train of diesel engine

Abstract:The dynamic model of valve train of 4120SG typed diesel engine is built to simulation its kine- matics and the motion behavior of valve.The dynamics simulation shows that the acceleration trait of cam's profile has great influence on the internal force of valve train;the contact forces of valve trains exhibit the characteristics of impact force,which can excites the response of others part's vibration.The simulation datum has great agreement with the spectrum of measuring vibration and simulation force located on the valve seat, showing that the simulation model is validity.
