| Abstract: | Combining with engineering examples of Wuguang Passenger Dedicated Railway Project, this article analyzes main factors influencing project costs including settings of large temporary engineering, changes of technical standards, policy adjustments and risings of material prices, and put forward some suggestions about cost control and adjustment, providing references for investment liquidation and controlling. |
