镍—聚四乙烯复合电沉积机理的研究

摘    要:利用电化学测试方法研究了镍-聚四乙烯复合电沉积的过程,依据测试分析,提出了相关的物理模型和数学模型,并建立了PTFE粒子在镀层的覆盖度与电极过电位、微粒在镀液中悬浮量和拌搅拌强度等因素之间的关系式,揭示了PTFE与镍共沉积时电极过程的作用机理。

Abstract:The process of Nickel/PTFE co-deposition was studied with the method of electrochemical testing technique. A simple model was proposed correlating operating conditions(electrochemical kinetic behavior of the metal matrix deposition process, concentration of suspended particles, hydrodynarnic conditions) and volume per- centage of PTFE embedded in matrix according to testing and analyzing results. It showed that the model here presented could well explain the mechanism of Ni/PTFE co-deposition
