| 摘 要： | 《汽车导静电橡胶拖地带》(JT/T 230-1995)标准已经实施二十多年了,在消除静电、确保车辆运输安全方面发挥了积极的作用。但随着时代的发展和科技的进步,其存在的不足和使用中问题也逐步暴露出来,部分指标已经不能满足车辆安全和行业发展的要求。通过对汽车橡胶导静电拖地带的标准情况说明,分析当前JT/T 230-1995标准在实施过程中存在的问题。研究梳理国内外标准法规对导静电带产品的要求,掌握国内外标准法规的情况,研究提出了标准的修订建议,为产品的技术性能提升提供参考。

| Abstract: | The standard JT/T 230-1995 has been implemented for more than 20 years,which plays an active role in eliminating static electricity and ensuring the safety of vehicle transportation.However,with the development of the times and the progress of science and technology,its shortcomings and problems in use are gradually exposed.Some indicators can not meet the requirements of vehicle safety and industry development.Based on the description of the standard of rubber belt of electrostatic conductivity for motor vehicle,the problems existing in the implementation of the current JT/T 230-1995 standard are analyzed.The requirements of domestic and foreign standards and regulations for electrostatic conductive products isanalyzed,the situation of domestic and foreign standards and regulations isresearched,and suggestions for the revision of standards isproposed.The research results can provide reference for the improvement of technical performance of products. |
