摘    要:船舶规范中的舵系受力部分通常采用经验公式进行计算,随着科技发展的日新月异,通过有限元软件计算舵杆下舵承处弯矩提供了一种更精确计算舵杆弯矩的方法。直接计算法在船级社认可的前提下,同船级社经验公式相比可以降低舵杆的计算值,有利于提高舵系设计准确性,存在降低建造成本的可能,对造船业有一定价值。

Abstract:The rudder force is usually calculated by the empirical formula according to the ship regulations.A more accurate method for calculating the bending moment of the rudder stock has been provided by using the finite element software to calculate the bending moment of the rudder bearing under the rudder stock with the rapid development of science and technology.The direct calculation method approved by the classification society can reduce the calculation value of the rudder stock by comparing with the results calculated by the empirical formula of the classification society.It can improve the accuracy of the design of the rudder system and reduce the construction cost,which has certain value for the shipbuilding industry.
