多电平变换装置主电路拓扑及控制策略研究

摘    要:大容量变换装置是电力电子技术发展的重要内容。大容量变换的关键是多电平变换技术,主电路拓扑及控制策略是多电平变换装置的主要研究内容。文章分析了几种传统型和混合型多电平变换装置的主电路拓扑结构,并对级联多电平变换装置进行了载波相移脉宽调制(CPSPWM)策略和开关频率优化-载波相移脉宽调制(SFO-CPSPWM)策略仿真对比分析验证,该两种策略均能实现多电平级联变换装置的控制。

Abstract:Large conversion device is the focus of the attention to development of power electronic technology.The multilevel converter is the key to large capacity conversion,and the main circuit topology and control strategy of the multilevel converter is an important research content.In the article,several main circuit topology of traditional multilevel converters and mixed ones are analyzed,and the MATLAB simulations of CPSPWM and SFO-CPSPWM of the cascaded multilevel converter are presented.It i s concluded that the two control strategy are applicable to the cascaded multilevel converter.
