摘    要:码头水平运输系统采用全电动AGV替代传统码头的柴油集卡车,无CO2、SO2排放。AGV动力系统采用钛酸锂电池,相较铅酸电池能源利用效率提升了25%,有效消除铅污染风险;AGV充电采用自主首创的分布式浅充浅放循环充电新模式,在AGV生产作业同时完成电能补充,充电过程不占用作业时间,取消换电环节,提高了装卸效率,降低了投资成本;AGV电池组减重12吨,整车减重14吨,大幅降低单位能耗、运行成本及轮压。

Container Terminal Automatic Guided Vehicle(AGV)Power System and Distributed Shallow Charge Shallow Discharge Cycle Charging Technology
Abstract:The terminal horizontal transportation system adopts an all-electric AGV to replace the diesel collection truck of the traditional terminal,without CO2 and SO2 emissions.The AGV power system uses lithium titanate batteries.Compared with lead-acid batteries,the energy utilization efficiency is increased by 25%,which effectively eliminates the risk of lead pollution.AGV charging adopts the self-initiated new distributed shallow charge shallow discharge cycle charging new mode,which is completed at the same time as the AGV production operation Electric energy supplement,charging process does not occupy operating time,canceling the power exchange link,improves the efficiency of loading and unloading,and reduces investment costs;AGV battery packs reduce weight by 12 tons and vehicle weight by 14 tons,greatly reducing unit energy consumption,operating costs and wheel pressure.
