摘    要:影响汽轮发电机组轴系振动的因素有很多,对已经设计加工好的转子而言,由轴承组成的支承系统为主要影响因素。以某型20MW级汽发的研制项目为依托,探索不同型式的轴承对汽发机组轴系振动的影响。通过应用软件Dy Ro Bes对轴系进行建模分析,并建立试验台架,对不同型式轴承的振动表现进行试验研究,为汽发机组轴承的选型设计提供参考。

Influence of Different Bearing Types on Shaft System Vibration of Turbine Generator

Abstract:There are many factors affecting the vibration of the turbine generator shaft system. For the shaft that has been designed and manufactured, the bearing system consisting of bearings is the main influencing factor. Based on the project of 20 MW steam turbine generator set, the paper explores the influence of different types bearing on the vibration of the steam generator unit shafting. The software DyRoBes is used to model and analyze the shafting system. The shaft testing is established to study the vibration performance of different types of bearings, which provides reference for the selection design of the turbine generator set bearings.
