齐齐哈尔市中心城区公共停车场规划研究

文章以齐齐哈尔市中心城区停车设施现状为基础,结合对城市机动化水平的分析,利用机动车出行OD预测法等三种方法对规划年停车位需求量进行预测,划分停车分区,制定差异化的停车发展策略和停车供给策略,确定停车供应结构和公共停车位需求量。从齐齐哈尔市实际情况出发,提出六种公共停车场选址模式,对公共停车场规划布局。期望为齐齐哈尔市停车治理提供一些思考,也有助于为其他中小城市公共停车场规划提供思路。

Research of the Planning of Social Public Parking Lot in the Central City of Qiqihar

Based on the status data of parking facilities in the central city of Qiqihar,combined with the analysis of the level of motorization in the city,three methods,such as the OD prediction method for motor vehicle traveling,were used to predict the parking demand in the planning year.The Central City of Qiqihar was divided into three parking areas,and differentiated parking development strategy and parking supply strategy were formulated to determine the parking supply structure and the demand of public parking lots.Based on the actual situation of Qiqihar city,six kinds of public parking lot location models are put forward,and a balanced layout of public parking lot is carried out for the central city of Qiqihar.It is expected to provide some thoughts for the parking management of Qiqihar City,and also help to provide ideas for public parking planning of other small and medium-sized cities.
