| Abstract: | In this paper,the research status of IGBT module for ships at home and abroad is systematically discussed.The necessity of IGBT module localization for Ship and its development path are analyzed and suggested in detail.The preliminary development ideas for the related key technology research are put forward.This investigation will be of the reference value and for the modules’further engineering research and development. |
