自升式钻井平台电缆拖链的设计

摘    要:自升式钻井平台作业时,在桩腿固定后,钻台和井架需要根据目标井口位置进行调整。电缆拖链安装于平台主船体与悬臂梁之间以及悬臂梁与钻台之间,用来实现在上述平台滑移过程各部分之间连接电缆的固定保护。文章基于S116E型自升式钻井平台对电缆拖链的设计进行分析,阐述了拖链在钻井平台整体设计中选型,综合布置,安装要点,电缆排布和敷设接口等优化措施,实现了减轻重量,减小尺寸,降低成本的目的。

Abstract:During the jack-up drilling platform is in operation,after the legs are fixed,the drill floor and derrick need to be adjusted according to the target well head position.The cable drag chain is arranged between the main hull of the platform and the cantilever,the cantilever and the drill floor.Drag chains are used for realize the protection and fixation of the connected cable between the above motioned parts of the platform in sliding operation.In this paper,the design of drag chain system based on the Super 116E type drilling platform,and it is hoped to provide useful reference for similar projects in the future.
