豪华邮轮全船有限元分析

摘    要:采用英国劳氏船级社规范包络线外载荷,对中型豪华邮轮进行全船有限元计算分析。建立全船有限元结构模型和质量模型,将设计载荷加载到整船模型上,施加适当边界条件,同时采用合理的调平方法对全船载荷进行调平,并对船体梁载荷进行调整,得到整船应力状态和相对变形。使用沿船长分布的弯矩、剪力包络线载荷得到结构全船响应,载荷覆盖所有纵向结构,全船有限元分析让设计初期全船结构的薄弱环节一目了然,为全船结构强度分析评估及进一步优化提供重要基础。

Abstract:Adopting LR’s envelop rule external wave loads,the global finite element model of a medium-sized cruiser had been analyzed.The model of structures and the mass model of the whole ship were prepared with the design loads and suitable boundary conditions.At the meantime,the external and internal loads were balanced in a reasonable way.The hull girder load was adjusted as well in order to obtain the corresponding stress and deformation.The structure response was resulted from the envelop rule loads of bending moment and shear force along the ship length,while the loads took into consideration all the longitudinal structures.Global FEA made it clear where the weak structures were in the initial design stage,providing the foundation for the global strength evaluation and the further optimization.
