直流驱动海洋钻井平台电网谐波分析及治理方案

摘    要:文章通过研究直流驱动海洋钻井平台钻机工作特性,分析电网系统谐波的产生机理及危害,对比分析谐波治理采用无源滤波器和有源滤波器两种方式的优缺点,提出直流驱动海洋钻井平台电网谐波治理的方案。以某直流驱动海洋钻井平台电网系统为例,建立配电系统谐波分析等值电路,对SCR系统搭建仿真平台,通过对平台电网系统谐波参数的实际测量,分析计算各次谐波分量,根据调谐关系确定滤波装置的配容量并进行元件安全性校验。

Abstract:By studying the working characteristics of DC-driven offshore drilling rig, this paper analyzes the generation mechanism and harm of harmonic in power station, compares the advantages and disadvantages of passive power filter and active power filter in harmonic control, and puts forward the solution of DC-driven offshore drilling rig harmonic control. In a DC drive offshore drilling rig power station as an example, establishes equivalent circuit of power distribution system harmonic analysis, builds simula tion platform of the SCR system. Through the actual measurement of harmonic parameters of the platform of power station, the harmonic components of each order are analyzed and calculated. According to the tuning relationship, the matching capacity of the filter device is determined and the elements safety is verified.
