摘    要:基于有机硅浸渍树脂的有机硅绝缘系统,在轨道交通牵引电机的应用中出现了一些问题,如产品漆膜容易龟裂、绕组绝缘系统对环境湿度较为敏感、产品在存放和运行期间绝缘性能衰减较快等.文章结合有机硅绝缘系统的特点,针对其典型应用问题及产生的原因进行分析,并探讨性提出问题的解决对策.

Abstract:The silicone insulation system based on silicone impregnating resin has some problems of the application in traction motor for rail transit,for example,the paint film of the product is easy to crack,and the winding insulation system is sensitive to the environmental humidity,and the product insulation performance declines rapidly during the storage and operation,etc.Combining the characteristics of silicone insulation system,this paper analyzes the typical application problems and their causes,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems.
