甲板机械永磁电机低频转矩脉动抑制技术研究

摘    要:随着永磁同步电机技术的成熟,将永磁电机应用于甲板机械是必然的趋势。为了降低永磁电机在低速运行时的转矩脉动,使电机运行平稳,保证系统精度和环境友好度,抑制电机转矩脉动是驱动系统关键技术之一。本文从电机本体设计优化及控制策略两方面入手,对甲板机械永磁电机低频转矩脉动抑制技术进行了深入的理论研究及仿真验证,成功降低了电机转矩脉动并提供了技术支撑。最后进行了总结,表明本文具有一定的工程实践指导作用。

Abstract:With the maturity of permanent magnet synchronous motor technology,it is inevitable trend to apply permanent magnet motor to deck machinery.In order to reduce the torque ripple of the permanent magnet motor at low speed,and thus make the motor run smoothly,ensure the system accuracy and environmental friendliness,suppressing the motor torque ripple is one of the key technologies of the drive system.This article starts from the two aspects of motor body design optimization and optimization of control strategy.It conducts in depth theoretical research and simulation verification of the technology that is low-frequency torque ripple suppression of deck mechanical permanent magnet motor,which successfully reduces the motor torque ripple and provides technical support.Finally,a summary is made,which shows that this article has a certain guiding role in engineering practice.
