摘    要:船舶中央冷却水系统中的主要耗能设备为冷却海水泵。文章通过分析传统中央冷却水系统的能耗,从节约电能的角度介绍海水泵采用变频技术结合温度控制器(PID)和微机原理控制两种方式后对中央冷却水系统产生的影响,并将两种系统进行对比之后选出更加符合实际应用要求的中央冷却水系统,验证了对海水泵采用变频技术在降低船舶营运能耗和提高经济性方面的重要意义。

Abstract:The major energy consumption equipment in the ship central cooling system is the seawater cooling pump.It introduces the influence of the seawater cooling pump that adopt two different control methods,the variable frequency technology combined with the proportional integral derivative(PID)control and the microcomputer principle control,on the central cooling system from the viewpoint of the electrical energy saving by analyzing the energy consumption of the traditional central cooling system.A more practical central cooling system is selected by comparing the two systems.It is proved that the application of the variable frequency technology on the seawater pump is important in reducing the operating energy consumption and improving the economy.
