海洋核动力平台核应急柴油机系统可靠性设计

摘    要:核电厂应急电力是保障核安全的重要能源。从海洋核动力平台核应急柴油机系统的功能及特点出发,分析了其可靠性的重要性,提出了可靠性的具体要求,给出了满足可靠性要求的系统设计方案。从系统组成、起动及持续运行能力、独立性及冗余和物项分级等方面给出了保障和提高本系统可靠性的具体措施,对本系统在运行时可能发生的系统故障进行了全面分析,就本系统可靠性能否满足要求进行了总结。

Abstract:Emergency power of nuclear power plant is an important energy to ensure nuclear safety. Starting from the functions and characteristics of the emergency diesel generating sets for the offshore nuclear power platform, the importance of their reliability is analyzed, the specific requirements for reliability are put forward, and then the system design scheme meeting the reliability requirements is given. After that, from the aspects of system composition, start-up and continuous operation ability, independence, redundancy and item classification, this paper gives the concrete measures to guarantee and improve the reliability of the diesel generating sets, meanwhile, makes a comprehensive analysis of the possible system faults during the operation of the sets. Finally, it is pointed out that the design can realize the functions of the emergency diesel generating sets.
