铁钛储氢合金材料粉化问题分析研究

摘    要:以氢氧燃料电池运行过程中的合金粉化问题为研究对象,详细描述了铁钛合金储氢机理、技术特点,针对储氢合金粉化原因及其影响进行分析,最后提出解决方案。通过增设水洗等氢气洗气装置,消除氢气中可能存在的微粒物质。从长远来看,对合金成分掺杂改性,提高储氢合金的韧性,从而降低材料开裂几率,这为今后的工作指明了方向。

Abstract:In this paper,the problem of alloy pulverization during the operation of hydrogen oxygen fuel cell is presented,and the hydrogen storage mechanism and technical characteristics of ferrotitanium alloy is described in detail.Then,the reason and influence of hydrogen storage alloy pulverization are analyzed,and meanwhile,the solution is put forward.By adding hydrogen gas washing device such as water washing,the possible particulate matter in hydrogen charging can be eliminated.In the long run,doping modification of alloy composition can improve the toughness of hydrogen storage alloy and reduce the cracking probability of material.This could be the direction for the future work.
