海洋核动力平台电力监控系统设计概要

摘    要:海洋核动力平台的设计在国内属于首次,其电力监控系统需综合考虑船舶及核电电力监控系统设计要求。本文根据用电设备类型,将该系统分为监控台、数据采集单元和应急机组控制单元三个部分,然后对整个电力监控系统的组成,各子站的软硬件设计要点进行了概括总结,这对海洋核动力平台电力监控系统的设计以及相关标准定制具有重大的参考意义。

Abstract:The design of offshore nuclear power platform is the first of its kind in China.The ship power system technical specifications and those of nuclear power system are need to considered all together comprehensively.According to the electric equipment types,the power monitoring system is divided into the three parts of monitor station,data acquisition unit and emergency generator control unit The composition of thesystem,and the main points of its hardware and software design of each substation are summarized,which could be of much reference value to the design of the electric power monitoring and control system of the platform and its standards determination.
