跨坐式单轨车辅助导向装置的导向效果分析

摘    要:文章介绍了INNOVIA 300型跨坐式单轨车辅助导向装置的主要结构及作用原理,采用多体动力学UM软件建立带有辅助导向装置的跨坐式单轨车的动力学仿真模型,分析了跨坐式单轨车曲线通过的转向架回转角、导向轮和走行轮受力情况。仿真结果说明,辅助导向装置明显地减小了转向架在曲线上的冲角、导向轮径向力和走行轮侧偏力,有效地改善了转向架曲线通过时的导向性能。

Abstract:The paper presents the main structure and function principle of the steering assist device for INNOVIA 300 straddle monorail vehicle.The dynamic simulation model of the straddle monorail vehicle with steering assist device is established by using the multi-body dynamics UM software,and the turning angle of the bogie,and the force on the guide wheel and drive wheel when the straddle monorail vehicle passes through the curve are analyzed.The simulation results show that the steering assist device obviously reduces the angle of attack,the radial force of the guide wheel and the cornering force of the drive wheel on curve,and improves the guide performance of the bogie while passing the curve.
