摘    要:在SS_(7D)型机车运营过程中,其牵引电机悬挂系统发生过悬挂臂断裂及构架端梁裂纹等质量问题,现分析牵引电机原悬挂系统的结构及其质量问题的原因,详细介绍了该悬挂系统的改进设计及其安全可靠性分析。

Abstract:In running process of SS_(7D) locomotive,there are some quality problems that suspension arm has rupture and end girder of frame has cracked.In this paper,there is an analysis for structure of original suspension system and cause of its quality problems,and reformatiye design and safety analysis are introduced in details for new suspension system.
