潜艇液体除湿空调系统探讨

摘    要:液体除湿空调克服了传统空调除湿与制冷能力不匹配的问题,因而受到广泛关注。针对潜艇舱内的热湿环境,分析了液体除湿空调系统应用于潜艇的可行性,在综合考虑潜艇舱室空间布局和系统节能性要求的基础上,提出为目前的空调系统增加除湿剂循环系统,并根据系统的要求分析工作原理,改进空调器的设计,甄选除湿剂类型,解决除湿剂再生的难题,设计出一种满足潜艇舱室环境要求的液体除湿空调系统,实现潜艇舱室低耗安静除湿功能。

Abstract:Liquid desiccant air-conditioning systems excel over conventional air-conditioning systems for their unique compatibility between dehumidification and refrigerating capacity. Aiming to improve the hot-humid environment in submarine compartments, this paper analyzes the feasibility of applying the liquid desiccant air-conditioning system on submarines. A desiccant circulation system is also added with consideration to the submarine compartment spatial layout and the energy conservation requirement. By analyzing the system requirement and its working principle, the overall air-conditioning design is then refined, and the difficulty of desiccant regeneration is also solved by selecting the proper desiccant. Thus, a liquid desiccant air-conditioning system scheme is presented, which well adapts the submarine compartment environment with low noise and energy consumption.
