高温蒸汽管道保温状况评价

摘    要:利用热流密度法对大庆炼化公司几条蒸汽管线保温现状进行了现场测试,根据测试结果,通过经济效益的对比分析,阐明了保温结构改造的必要性。从分析结果可见,如果按照国标要求进行保温改造,每年可节约能源成本149.94万元,极大提高了企业的经济效益。

Abstract:The present thermal insulated conditions of several steam pipelines in Daqing refinery company were tested using the method of heat flux density.According to the experimental result,set forth the necessity of rebuilding the thermal insulated structure.From the analysis result,if the factory rebuilds the thermal insulated structure according to GB,it will save the energy cost of 1 499 400 yuan each year,and raise the economic profit of the enterprise.
