| 摘 要： | 基于"环境选线"的理念,要实现公路建设的可持续发展,仅从地形、地质角度出发进行选线是不够的,还必须从宏观角度出发,考虑气候、植物对公路选线的影响.文中通过对分布于云南不同气候、植物环境条件下的公路建设的调查研究,从地质灾害层次分析了气候、植物等环境因子与公路建设的相互影响,得出气候、植被及地质是公路建设与环境和谐关系的关键影响因素,据此提出基于气候、植被及工程地质的公路"环境选线"的思路,并以云南省昭通—待补公路的建设为例,阐述了生态环境与公路建设的可持续发展的和谐关系.
