| 摘 要： | 以轻量化设计为目标,从分动器铝合金壳体失效分析出发,重点分析了材料的铸造工艺性、机加工艺性,制定了提高铸件质量和加工质量的具体措施;应用CAE手段进行壳体结构的加强和优化,结合试验数据对改进后壳体的CAE计算值进行评价,最后进行试验验证。
