发动机用喷气阀特性测试平台设计及实验分析

摘    要:针对LPG/汽油两用燃料汽车发动机喷气阀特性进行分析,开发了一种喷气阀特性测试平台。利用该测试平台对某一低阻型喷气阀的静态喷射率、动态喷射量、稳定性及蓄电池电压与喷射压力对其流量特性的影响进行了测试,并分析验证了测试数据。结果表明,所设计的测试平台运行可靠,可实现喷气阀标定工作。

Abstract:In order to analyze the characteristics of the electronically-controlled gas injector for the LPG/gasoline dual fuel vehicle,one kind of test dais for the electronically-controlled gas injector was exploited.And making use of this test dais,static injection ratio,dynamic injection quantity,stability and different battery voltages and fuel pressures working on flow characteristics of one low resistance injector were tested and the test data was analyzed and verified.Results show that the designed platform functions well and reliably.It could realize the calibration for the electronically-controlled gas injector.
