摘    要:按照系统生命周期开展铁路电力配调一体化系统集成,分析识别各阶段风险并采取措施予以控制及管理;根据运用环境、发展需求采取简化、去耦、冗余、独立模式等原理方法优化构建系统;注重试验验证与技术培训过程,不回避缺陷及时纠正,以系统全生命周期的角度实现系统RAMS 目标.

Abstract:First,the risks of each phase are analyzed and identified according to system lifecycle of the railway PSCADA. There are hazards to be controlled and managed by special measures.
