行人交通违规行为的心理学研究

基于计划行为理论,从社会心理学的视角研究了行人违规交通行为的动因。通过调查问卷,探讨了态度、主观规范、认知行为控制对行人违规交通行为的影响,构建了最佳行人违规行为模式。研究表明,受访者认为违规行为是方便的、低危险的,40.2%的人有从事违规行为的意愿,说明我国目前民众对违规行为存在侥幸心理;在主观规范上,大部分的受访者认识到违规行为是不应该的,但同时有5成的受访者表示实际有需要行使违规交通行为,说明我国目前的行人交通设施存在着不完善与不合理的地方;在认知行为控制上,调查表明,虽然外界促使行人违规的诱惑较多,加强管理还是可以避免违规行为的。最后,提出了行人交通安全的改善措施,即提高行人的交通法制观念和交通安全常识,加强对行人交通安全的管理,以及从系统和网络的角度完善行人安全设施的设置和管理等。

A Research of Psychology on Pedestrian Traffic Violation

The authors analyses the safety condition of pedestrian traffic.And from the point of psychology,according to survey,the influence of attitude,subjective norm,perceived behavioral control are discussed in relation to the violation of pedestrian traffic,and the perceived behavioral control is most important factor.Finally,some suggestions are presented to improve the safety of pedestrian traffic.That is,improving awareness of traffic regulation and traffic safety,strengthening the management of pedestrian traffic and perfecting the setting and management of infrastructural establishment for pedestrian safety.
