环氧沥青的粘度与施工性能研究

摘    要:固化进程中,环氧沥青的粘度随时间增长而逐步增加,直至形成不熔的凝胶。为了保证环氧沥青混合料的性能以及顺利施工,在凝胶之前必须完成卸料、摊铺、碾压等一系列施工工艺,分析了环氧沥青固化进程的粘度增长特征,建立流变模型,并研究了粘度对压实效果的影响。根据施工气温变化特点,建立了实际施工过程中的粘度增长修正模型,可以有效地指导实际施工,并可以优化环氧沥青配方设计。

Abstract:It is well known that the viscosity of epoxy asphalt increases with time as soon as two components are mixed,and the working procedures,such as compaction and rolling,must be performed before gelation to ensure the quality of epoxy asphalt mixtures.The aim of the study is to analyze the characteristic of viscosity of epoxy asphalt during curing period.Based on the results of experiments and test roads about epoxy asphalt cure,a model to predict the increase of viscosity is proposed under two condition: constant and deferent temperatures,and discussed the effects of viscosity on epoxy asphalt mixtures compaction.The results can be useful for construction of epoxy asphalt mixtures and development of epoxy asphalt.
