摘 要: | 利用GAMBIT软件对定容燃烧弹腔体进行网格划分,对Quad-Map、Quad-Pave、Tri-Pave3种不同网格划分机理进行了比较研究。结果表明:基于Quad-Map机理模拟定容燃烧弹预混层流燃烧时,无法实现预混气体弹体中心点燃;基于Quad-Pave机理模拟时,由于网格本身的非对称性,而导致模拟结果的非对称,火核呈不规则几何形状分布;基于Tri-Pave机理模拟时,在实现预混气体弹体中心点燃的同时,模拟结果对称,火核呈圆球形状分布,与实验结果基本吻合。建立了氢气容弹内预混燃烧Fluent模型,其模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合。

Abstract: | Using GAMBIT to mesh the cavity of constant volume combustion bomb.The mesh mechanism of Quad-Map,Quad-Pave and Tri-Pave methods was compared.The results showed that premixed gas can not be ignited with Quad-Map mechanism.The asymmetry of the grid would lead the non-symmetric simulation results,and irregular geometry of the nuclear fire distribution with Quad-Pave mechanism.Premixed gas can be ignited with Tri-Pave mechanism,the fire nuclear shape cylindrical distribution.The Fluent model of H2 premixed combustion in constant volume combustion bomb was established.The simulation results were consistent with the experimental results. |
